Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging in business with Stenqobuild. As a B2B manufacturer, these terms govern the sale of our flexible stone products, OEM/ODM services, and international export procedures.

Last Updated: Jan 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Stenqobuild provides flexible stone manufacturing and export services to commercial entities ("Client", "Buyer"). By submitting a Purchase Order (PO) or engaging in our OEM/ODM development process, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

B2B Notice: We operate strictly as a business-to-business manufacturer. We do not sell to individual consumers for personal use. All transactions are commercial in nature.

2. Orders & Manufacturing

  • Order Confirmation: A contract is formed only when Stenqobuild issues a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Confirmation. Verbal agreements are not binding until documented.
  • MOQ Policy: All orders must meet our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). We reserve the right to reject orders below this threshold or apply a small-batch surcharge.
  • Customization (OEM/ODM): For custom textures or colors, production will strictly follow the signed sample ("Golden Sample"). Minor variations inherent to natural mineral materials are acceptable within industry standards.

3. Payment & Pricing

Unless stated otherwise in the Sales Contract, prices are quoted in USD on an EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) Foshan basis.

  • Payment Terms: A 30%-50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance payable prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading copy, subject to credit approval.
  • Currency: We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for qualified orders.

4. Lead Time & Delivery

Production lead times (typically 15-25 days) are estimates and commence upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all technical specifications.

Stenqobuild is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure, including but not limited to raw material shortages, customs inspections, shipping carrier delays, or regulatory changes.

5. Quality Inspection & Claims

The Client is encouraged to arrange pre-shipment inspection at our Foshan facility. Claims regarding visible defects or quantity discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 15 days of cargo arrival at the destination port.

6. Intellectual Property

Any technical drawings, formulas, or molds developed by Stenqobuild remain our exclusive property. The Client warrants that any designs provided for OEM manufacturing do not infringe upon third-party rights and agrees to indemnify Stenqobuild against related legal claims.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, failing that, by the competent court in Foshan City, Guangdong Province.
